A Few rules that people should follow:
IMPORTANT: Adventure and jungle activity is arranged considering normal weather. If there’s sudden change in the weather, ‘Hills and Highways leaders’ decision will be final and binding on all members.
  1. Alcohol and Smoking will strictly not be permitted on the event. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the Tour. No REFUND will be provided.
  2. The ‘Leader’s’ decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
  3. Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
  4. Please do not litter the river by chocolate/biscuit wrappers; please be like a nature lover and enjoying the beauty of it.
  5. It is of utmost importance that all participants stick together in the group, in the event of any ‘deviation’ by the participant without the consent of the ‘Tour Manager’, he/she/they will be considered as ‘Independent/s’ and will no longer be considered as a part of the group.
In the event of any Mishap/Eventuality, Hills and Highways & its Leaders will not be held responsible.
{Deviation: For E.g.: Participant decides to go sightseeing on his own, decides to stray away from the group, etc}

Disclosures on medical conditions and Event Risk Profile: It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves. The cost mentioned above is for Indian citizens ONLY payable in Indian Rupees. We recommend you to please take care while walking / climbing / trekking. Wearing of any valuables, ornaments, jewellery etc. is prohibited. Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking or any adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner. We should strictly follow the code of conduct, to avoid troubling our fellow trekkers or other people from our group or outside. We all are going for an adventurous and interesting trekking expedition. Note, this trek route does not have any fixed/proper/appropriate washrooms or bathrooms (if it is trekking)
